Today, Saturday, August 21,three organizations of downtown, Love Chapel Hill, The Town of Chapel Hill and the Chapel Hill Downtown Partnership, have provided FREE parking on Franklin Street. We just ask that you show consideration to your neighbors and observe the 2 hour parking limit.
